ordering and tracking information
Joie Studio uses Google Checkout to complete your checkout and process your order safely and securely. Google Checkout enables you to track the status of your order through the Google Checkout interface.
Please note: At this time, our online shop is only set up for orders within the United States. Please email us directly at shop@joiestudio.com for international orders. International orders made through our online shop are subject to an additional shipping surcharge. International customers are responsible for any tariffs.
custom order information
In ordering custom letterpress stationery from this website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in Joie Studio's custom order agreement.
Joie Studio can design and letterpress your own custom letterpress project, including custom letterpress business cards, letterpress calling cards, and custom letterpress invitations and announcements. shipping & handling information
The online shopping cart will compute your shipping charges automatically. Joie Studio will use USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground for all standard shipping orders.
Expedited shipping is available via USPS Express.
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to multiple addresses at this time. Only one delivery address per order is allowed.
order processing, stock availability, & backorders
All available stock will ship within 5-7 business days of order processing. As our inventory system is not linked up to our online shop, every now and then an item may sell out or become unavailable before we have a chance to change the status online. When that happens, we will inform you immediately of the status of the item (backordered or sold out/unavailable) and give you the choice of canceling the order, keeping the item on backorder, or changing your order to another Joie Studio item.
For estimate time of arrival for backordered items, please contact us directly at shop@joiestudio.com with the item name.
california sales tax
California residents will be charged an 8.25% sales tax as required by law. Residents from all other states are exempt from sales tax.
returns and exchanges
Something wrong with your order? Joie Studio will be glad to exchange your product within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email us at shop@joiestudio.com with your order number and reason for return to receive instructions for the return and exchange. Items must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging.
